All office functions are computerized and Engineering Drawings are produced with computer aided drafting systems that will be produced in the format that the client desires (General, Auto CAD, Revit).  We are able to communicate electronically with almost anyone and can convert almost any drafting format to work with our system.  We have found that the combination of the computer drafting and drawing all elements that go into a project to scale produces a plan that can be easily interpreted and equipment will fit as planned.  This results in fewer change orders on the project.

Design 3 Engineering provides consulting in our specialties to Building Owners, Architects, City, County, and Federal Government Institutions.  Due to the wide range of projects that we are involved with, we are very experienced with dealing with government agencies and input from multiple users.  We also have considerable experience in dealing with building codes and building departments to be sure the proposed construction conforms to the required codes.  Over the last almost 40 years we have extensive experience in both new construction and remodel projects throughout the state of Montana and the surrounding states.  Many of our projects have been in rural and/or remote areas or are specialized projects and we are very aware of the special consideration that must be given to equipment selection, material selection and available personnel for maintenance and repair.  We also have extensive experience designing bridges for a multitude of counties and private entities.  The Engineers that are involved in the planning and design will also be handling the construction review for the project.
